InAtmos is a carbon capture technology provider that captures the flue gases and turns it into valuable products by means of cryogenic installation. Our machine captures CO2 from flue gases using cryogenic cooling to separate and transform gaseous CO2 molecules to liquid with 99.99% purity.

Cryogenic Capture
We chose the coolest way to capture carbon dioxide: cryogenic cooling - a method that leverages the unique physical property of carbon dioxide. Unlike water, which transitions from gas to liquid before freezing, CO2 undergoes sublimation, directly transitioning from gas to solid when cooled.
This process allows us to efficiently extract CO2 from flue gas mixtures before they are emitted into the atmosphere. While cryogenic cooling is energy-intensive, our patented technology significantly optimizes this process, reducing energy consumption and enhancing overall efficiency.

When produced, flue gas is hot and contaminated. The initial phase involves conditioning the flue gas, utilizing conventional methods such as cooling water to eliminate major pollutants and achieve the optimal starting temperature for the cryogenic process. This preparatory step ensures the machinery operates at peak efficiency.

Carbon Capture

N2 and O2 Capture
For technology efficiency gains, we optionally capture N2 and O2 gases, post-CO2 capture, by leveraging air separation and cryogenic technologies to effectively isolate N and O2 gases in flue gases. Based on the consumers needs, these products are additionally capture and serve as important resources in manufacturing processes.
